Kees Vacation Rentals operates 30 resorts from Pennsylvania to Florida, as well as a group of 200 Mid-Atlantic vacation rental homes and 6 small hotels. With such a vast and diverse inventory, that requires different types of marketing, a distribution platform for multiple OTAs was essential for their business. They were previously using a different distribution partner that didn’t align with how they run their business.
