As your listings go live, a Lexicon Revenue Strategist will begin actively managing your channel performance. They serve as an expert set of eyes and ears on your business auditing performance based on your channel strategy and goals. Using our experience and technology, they evaluate your listing quality, pricing competitiveness, property availability, merchandising improvements, and conversion rates.
The dynamic nature of online bookings means changes affecting the quality of your listings can happen at any time. Regular checkups are an essential part of maximizing online bookings, and you’ll hear from us per the following communications schedule:
- Daily (as needed): Respond to automated system alerts identifying issues with data flow and translation conflicts like availability, rates, and booking revenue.
- Weekly: Assist your team with training and encouragement on how best to use our technology and the data insights it presents.
- Monthly: Pro-actively review your listing performance metrics to identify any variances impacting bookings, including content scores, blackout dates, 999 rates, and historically bad revenue performance (including zero bookings).
- Quarterly: Insight Reviews every three months allow you and your Revenue Strategist to formally review performance against your strategic goals. Together, we’ll evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of our listing strategy and changes to inventory, rates, availability, and comp set pricing. With this shared insight, we’ll agree on any revisions to our strategy and tactics for the next three months.

Success takes work on both sides, and in exchange for earning a score of at least 80 on our Quarterly Insight Review, you’ll receive a 10% billing rebate each month you maintain a score of 80 or higher.
