Lexicon’s Listing Boot Camp for New Clients

As a new Lexicon client, we want to make sure you start seeing a return on your investment as soon as possible. Our 90-day LIFT program is designed to whip your listings into shape as we bring you up to speed. ​It’s not an add-on or part of some “platinum package.” It’s part of working with us.

Property managers in the LIFT onboarding sequence receive three months of intensive instruction and personal assistance. Think of it as a listing boot camp. You’ll get to know your revenue strategist, learn the basics of high-performing listings, and understand what you can do TODAY to jumpstart your OTA bookings.

Upon completion of the 90-day LIFT program, clients are automatically enrolled in the Lexicon Client Advantage Program (CAP). The CAP services you receive help establish channel strategy and goals, guide success along proven pathways, improve skills using our technology platform, and measure and optimize performance in dynamic marketplace environments.
