They had perviously used a channel manager to distribute on the OTAs, but their frustration grew each day that their emails were unanswered and calls unreturned. The client’s inventory was optimal for clustering, which the OTAs perfer, but their previous channel manager only listed their properties at the key level. The first thing Lexicon did was cluster a big portion of the inventory. This resulted in better placement and more bookings that produced over $572,000 in just seven months.
