“Lexicon makes managing multiple properties on multiple channels a breeze! The customer service is awesome. They have made life much easier since we came on board.”

In December 2019, Palmetto signed an agreement to distribute directly through their PMS to capitalize on a reduced fee that was less than they were paying to a channel manager. By the middle of February 2020, they were still not able to distribute their spring and summer inventory because the PMS was taking months to load listings. They were losing money each day their inventory wasn’t on the channels.
In addition, despite the client’s properties being ideal for clustering, which the OTAs give preference to, they were only able to do key-level listings, which convert at a lower level. |
Lexicon moved mountains to get Palmetto live on the channels with same day switchovers for Booking.com.
In addition, all of their key-level listings were rebuilt as clustered listings, which the client and OTAs love. The listings are easier to manage and have outperformed their key-level listings 5-to-1. Palmetto received bookings within a week of going live and produced over $372,000 in gross bookings in six months. Due to the overwhelming success with Expedia and Booking.com, Palmetto also added Airbnb to their Lexicon contract. |
